Lighting Supervisor / Lead Lighting TD (2016-Present)
Supervised a team of artist on multiple continents working remotely to achieve the client's artistic vision for a unique pushed look. Worked directly with clients to turn their 2d concepts into a dimensional world. Pioneered the creation of the feature animation lighting pipeline, worked with developers to create a multi-shot workflow for feature animation within an existing vfx pipeline. Developed tools for lighting and look-development departments to increase efficiency and consistency. Created Look-Dev light rigs and templates as well as establishing a delivery spec between upstream departments

Shows: Frozen, Feast, Big Hero 6, Zootopia, Moana, Frozen 2
Key lit and matched existing lighting for “Frozen”, “Big Hero 6”, “Feast”, “Zootopia”, “Moana” and “Frozen 2”. Collaborated with upstream departments to develop the look for complex assets and effects. Developed and ran the Nuke training curriculum for the lighting department. Created python scripts and tools to assist artists in their daily tasks.
